I communicated more with Tori by phone call and email and she was great.

Loved that the door lock is coded but I did lock myself out day 2 because I turned the inside Knob before closing the door . I emailed and they fixed it asap and communicated with me. Maybe a note on the door could have helped?

This is my third time renting with prohomes, the team is always warm, friendly and willing to help from time of booking to time of departure, especially during the pandemic they were very flexible.

The property was beautiful, we had access to the pool, snacks were left for our arrival, the guards were very friendly and helpful as well as the staff. We look forward to the next trip!

I want to say thanks to the staffs (reservations) who help to make my stay a memorable one, especially Sharane, thank you so much for your help.

The property was quite comfortable with everything to my comfort except the tv channels. There should be more choices and also a listing of all channels available for viewing and why wasn't there a television in the bedroom. You would want to stay in bed and watch television all day especially during the no movement days.....just saying but I really enjoyed my stay there and of course I have started telling my friends about my stay there. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Every conversation was professional and staff was very courteous.

Aside from the few minor adjustments that are needed on the property, my overall stay was great!!!

The property was great but no hot water after the first night. Not enough towel or rag for guest.

Very clean and accomodating..only snag Need a elevator especially when you're carrying lots of luggages..overall a great apartment..see ya soon.

Great team sherene did an excellent job.the response to emergency on weekends need to be adjusted.someone need to be available on the weekends.Gavin gave an excellent service accommodating my stay

I can say this much being at this property we were saved. The security personnels was on point with everything, also very perfessional and well mannered.

Gavin was very helpful with explaining the check-in process. We also have a video check in with Dean that I thought was absolutely brilliant. The place was very clean, you could actually smell the bleach. Good job Prohomesja team. I enjoyed my stay.

The balcony and the view of the city was a major plus for me. Very relaxing I did not want to leave.
